If you book travel on a card or on line, does that not automatically come with accident insurance? Quite sure it was always a part of the tickets I bought when working, even though I had no need for it.

Of course, if the lad went out there under his own steam then he won't be thus covered.

Dark side of the European campaign is the amount of casualties amongst the fanbase. Every away game someone died or had a life changing accident.
